Warranty scope

All rental items ordered are covered by the warranty.

Warranty coverage for “stains from spilled food and drinks, etc.”

There are no additional charges for stains.
*There is no charge, but it is a product that will be shared and used by everyone, so we hope you will use it with care.

Warranty scope for "tangled threads, scratches, damage, etc."

dress/bolero

Thread tangle	If there are multiple tangled threads within 0cm to 9cm, we will judge based on the total length.
puncture wound	If there are multiple scratches within 0mm to 4mm, we will judge based on the total length.
small puncture wound	If there are multiple scratches within 0cm to 1mm, we will judge based on the total length.
Dents, fabric shrinkage, threads popping out, abrasions, scuff marks	If there are multiple scratches within a 2cm x 1cm area, we will judge based on the total area.

accessories etc. ・Minor scratches and dirt from normal use ・Frayed stitching ・Removal of parts (loss of parts that cannot be replaced or damage that cannot be restored to its current state are not covered)
