Thank you for choosing Dresharon. Here is everything you need to know about ordering and delivery.

Made Just for You

Each dress is made to order especially for you. Please allow 1 to 2 months for delivery. We recommend ordering early, especially for weddings and special events.

Delivery

We ship worldwide with DHL or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided so you can follow your order all the way to your door.

No Duties or Import Taxes

Our prices include all customs duties and import taxes. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.

Sizing Guide

Please don't choose by age alone. Measure your child's height, chest and waist, and compare them with the size chart on each product page. Since delivery takes 1 to 2 months and children grow quickly, we recommend choosing the larger size if you are unsure. We are always happy to help with sizing before you order.

Quality Assurance

If your item arrives damaged, defective or stained, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of it. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
