FAQ

1) I'm not sure about my child's shoe size yet.

At the time of booking, it can be hard to predict your child's size as they grow. If you're unsure, please feel free to contact us via chat or email. If you can't decide between two sizes, we may be able to send both, depending on availability.
*Our shoes are made overseas and run slightly small. We recommend choosing 2 sizes larger than your child's usual shoe size.

2) Do I need a petticoat?

Most of our dresses have skirts with 5 or more layers, so they have plenty of volume. You can enjoy a naturally full silhouette without a petticoat.

3) Can you deliver to a hotel or wedding venue?

Yes. Some facilities have more than one place to receive packages, so please check in advance and let us know the exact delivery address.

4) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, mobile payments, bank transfer, and convenience store payment. Please choose whichever you prefer.

5) What if the item gets stained?

If a dress or accessory gets stained, please return it as is, without washing it. Washing may damage the fabric, so we handle all care and cleaning ourselves. If possible, please briefly let us know where the stain is and what caused it.
*Minor scuffs on shoes are fine as long as they don't affect use. However, we may charge a fee for significant damage.

6) How do I choose the right dress size?

As a general guide, size 1 is for children around 1 year old and size 3 is for around 3 years old. However, the most reliable way is to choose based on your child's height, chest, and waist. Please check the measurement chart on each product page, and also consider the skirt length and design.
*Ideally, the dress chest measurement should be about 2–7 cm larger than your child's actual chest measurement.

7) I'm worried about the color.

We try to show colors as close to the actual items as possible, but they may look slightly different depending on your monitor and viewing environment. Thank you for your understanding.
