As we usually prepare one dress at a time, if you return the dress late, the next customer will not be able to use it. For those who are looking forward to the next dress, just like our customer, we ask for your cooperation in observing the return deadline. In addition, in the unlikely event that the product you reserved cannot be delivered, we will contact you as soon as we know.② Check the size carefully!
It's safe if you measure it properly. As this is a rental service rather than a product purchase, we are generally unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please be sure to check the size, condition of the product, and what is included before making a reservation.*Shoes are made small, so please choose shoes 2 sizes larger than listed.
About arrears
If the return is delayed and takes more than 3 nights or 4 days, you will be charged a late fee of 50% of the total product price for each day. Please be careful not to be late, as this will cause inconvenience to the next customer.About cancellation
・Until 1 week before the rental date: 0% cancellation fee・6 to 5 days before the date of use (shipment date): 50% cancellation fee
・4 days before the usage date (after the shipping date): 100% cancellation fee
There is no cancellation fee for cancellations made one week before the rental start date.
We will refund the paid product price.
Since this is a rental service rather than a product purchase, as a general rule, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges after the product has been shipped.
In the unlikely event that the delivered product is defective or different from the product you reserved, please contact us immediately. We will accept returns and exchanges. Please also return the product before using it. Since this is a rental item, we may not be able to provide the item you want depending on the situation. In that case, we will refund your deposit in full. Please note that we cannot assume any further responsibility.
Regarding staining or damage to rental products
(Customers who have subscribed to the Anshin Guarantee Plan) Compensation details will apply. If the product is not covered by the warranty and there is major stains or damage that cannot be removed with regular cleaning, the customer will be billed for the cost of repairs and stain removal.(Customers who are not subscribed) In the event of major stains or damage that cannot be removed with regular cleaning, the customer will be billed for repair costs, stain removal fees, etc.
*If the product is dirty, scratched, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
①Please tell us the condition and cause of the dirt/scratches.
To the best of your knowledge, please tell us the cause of the dirt/scratches (what caused them and how they got there).Knowing the cause will make it easier for us to carry out appropriate repair work.
②Please be sure to return any damaged parts.
If there are any missing or damaged parts such as beads, sequins, corsages, buttons, zippers, scratches, etc., please return them with the product when returning the product.③Please return it in its current condition.
Since many of our products are made from delicate materials and have intricate details, please do not wash, remove stains, or repair them yourself; please return them in their current condition.Depending on the product, it may be impossible to repair and the repair fee may be expensive.
