1) What size shoes should I choose?
Our shoes are made overseas and run slightly small. We recommend choosing 2 sizes larger than your child's usual shoe size. If you're unsure, feel free to contact us.
2) Do I need a petticoat?
Most of our dresses have skirts with 5 or more layers, so they have plenty of volume. You can enjoy a naturally full silhouette without a petticoat.
3) Are there any customs duties or extra fees?
No. Our prices include all customs duties, import taxes and shipping. There is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
4) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and PayPal. Prices are shown in your local currency.
5) How long does delivery take?
Each dress is made to order, so please allow 1 to 2 months for delivery. We ship with DHL or FedEx, and you will receive a tracking number.
6) Can I cancel or change my order?
Because each dress is made to order, cancellations are accepted within 7 days of your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.
7) Can I send a dress as a gift to a different address?
Yes. Simply enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
8) How do I choose the right dress size?
Please choose based on your child's height, chest and waist rather than age alone, and check the size chart on each product page. Ideally, the dress chest should be about 2 to 7 cm larger than your child's chest. If you're unsure, we recommend the larger size. We're always happy to help with sizing before you order.
9) What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of it. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
10) Will the color look the same as in the photos?
We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but they may look slightly different depending on your screen. Thank you for your understanding.
