Important Notes for International Shipping

Thank you for your interest in our baby dresses. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order for shipment outside Japan.

1. Shipping Costs & Customs Duties

Shipping costs are covered by us (Dresharon) for all international orders.

However, please note that import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. Since policies vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office in advance.

2. Delivery Time

International shipments generally take longer than domestic deliveries. Delivery times may also be affected by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend ordering with plenty of time before your event.

3. Please Check Sizing Carefully

Please carefully check the size guide on each product page before placing your order. As this is an international purchase, returns and exchanges due to sizing concerns are limited (see below), so we encourage you to measure your child and compare with our size chart beforehand. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before ordering.

4. Returns & Exchanges Policy

As these are delicate, made-to-order style items shipped internationally, we are only able to accept returns or exchanges in the following case:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

In this case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or the item not matching expectations. We appreciate your understanding, and encourage you to review the size guide and product photos carefully before ordering.
